About Us

We are PhD and MA students from the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of ELTE.

Our main aim is to reach that the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of ELTE provides an optimally functioning environment for studying and intercultural relations, to international and Hungarian students as well.
 

The name

eltEEming is the combination of three words: 

1. ELTE  - the university

2. teeming  (means: to be full of things)

3. teaming (to become a group)

The idea was to create a name that reflects the purpose of this group: to gather ELTE students (international and Hungarian, as well) together. 

Teeming sounds like teaming, that's why it became eltEEming. 

History of project

The idea of eltEEming started in the autumn of 2012 with a couple of Phd and MA students brainstorming on how we could create a meeting forum for international and Hungarian ELTE students. 

In 2013 a small group came together and coined the name for the group: eltEEming. The group started to work on our first project  afterwards, which was the Psychme workshop in May, 2013. 

In the future we plan to organise further workshops, meetings, trips and other get-together programs.
